WarfighterMoney is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any military branch, or the VA. All pay estimates and calculations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
1. Description of Service
WarfighterMoney provides military-to-civilian compensation translation, market intelligence for relocation, and financial planning resources including pay calculators, city comparisons, and scenario-saving features.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate compensation data (pay scales, BAH, BAS, tax rates) sourced from DoD and IRS data, but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Census, housing, crime, and school data come from federal sources and may reflect historical conditions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or crawl data without permission, commercially redistribute content, or impersonate others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are the property of WarfighterMoney and protected by intellectual property laws. No copying, modification, or distribution without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarfighterMoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including errors in pay calculations or relocation decisions based on our data.
7. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, job providers, real estate partners). We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms.
8. Modifications & Termination
We may modify these terms at any time; changes are effective when posted. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
